 Welcome to Singles on the Move. We are about Socializing, Music & Dancing. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we must make a public service announcement regarding our New Year's Eve Event. We are a Private Group, having a New Year's Eve Dance that does NOT require proof of vaccines, since we will NEVER have 500 in attendance at any of our events. Please practice SOCIAL DISTANCING and wear a MASK or FACIAL COVERING in PUBLIC AREAS through Jan. 2, 2022 and possibly longer in Arapahoe County. Please stay home if you are sick. Click on the protocol picture to read an alert by Arapahoe County regarding wearing masks at indoor public areas. At the Hotel on New Year's Eve, we will provide name tags that you can voluntarily place a V next to your first name, if you would like to let others know if you were vaccinated. Example: Lory V-3 (I had 3 vaccines this year) We will have Hand Sanitizers located at the registration table right outside the ballroom, along with 100 Disposable Masks in case you want one. The hotel is asking us to please wear a mask in PUBLIC AREAS such as the Lobby, going to and from your room, in the elevator, the bar restaurant, rest room but NOT IN THE BALLROOM. They do realize that we are a PRIVATE EVENT, not a public event so, therefore, we leave this up to your discretion. Of course, people will remove their masks to eat and drink at their table. We will be serving dinner at 7:30 to 8:30 pm and serving cake for dessert after 9 pm. The hotel staff will be wearing masks throughout the evening. We have not advertised the New Year's Eve Dance to the general public this year due to COVID-19. We only invited members of our own groups to join us. Our group is the only one that is using the ballroom. We also have a REAR ENTRANCE to the hotel which is right outside the ballroom foyer. The state of Colorado has stated that all indoor, unseated public events with more than 500 people in Denver, Arapahoe, Adams, Boulder, Broomfield, and Jefferson County show proof of vaccination. We will not have that many people at any of our events.
